Certificate plaque options

All of the certificate plaques and frames that we sell will fit your TDLR certificate of compliance. We offer 7 different plaques to fit your needs. These plaques are designed to allow easy access when replacing your certificate without removing the frame off the wall making them the perfect choice when it comes to style & usability.

Certificate and Form Resources

Read TDLR's rules for Elevator Certificate Compliance
‍A current certificate of compliance must e displayed in one of the following areas:
  • (1) inside the elevator between 3' to 7' from floor.
  • (2) main lobby within 10' from hall button between 3' 7' from floor.
  • (3) in common areas in which equipment is located, that is:
  • (A) accessible during all hours to public
  • (B) identified by a plaque directing public to location of certificate(s).
Font size letters shall be at least 18 points & must state "Regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation" including 1-800-803-9202 and building managements telephone number (TDLR 74.67).
